2025 Lame Duck Session Highlights

This past week, the 103rd General Assembly returned to Springfield one final time for Lame Duck Session. The four-day long session allowed for 103rd General Assembly members to revisit key bills from their respective session, before the swearing in of the 104th General Assembly took place. Check out a few highlights from this year’s Lame Duck Session below.

Looking forward, the 104th General Assembly is scheduled to be back in Springfield on Tuesday, January 28th for the Spring Session kick-off.
