Lindley French

Lindley is the project and compliance manager at POINT OF DIFFERENCE STRATEGIES where she supports the team with research and various client projects. Prior to joining POD, Lindley was the Director of Operations for Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres where she managed the technology, human resources and internal operations of the firm. Lindley managed the personnel and IT infrastructure integration following CFDB’s merger with a private client services firm in 2021.

Lindley was the Acting Scheduler for Illinois Governor JB Pritzker during his transition into office. Before the Governor’s office transition, Lindley served as the Deputy Director of Operations for the JB for Governor campaign. She was one of the first aides hired during the campaign’s exploratory phase, and was integral in its successful growth into one of the largest grassroots campaigns in the history of Illinois. Previously, Lindley served as the Midwest Finance Associate for Hillary for America in 2016. Working directly with the Illinois Finance Director, she helped raise $12 million during the last 5 months of the Clinton campaign.

Lindley is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
